How to apply and deadline
For registration, mail the application form to the SIETAR Japan office and pay fees at your nearest post office using postal transfer form, no later than June 10. Please pay on the conference day, if you want to pay after June 11. Please note that the fees are different after June 11.

Information for Conference Participants:

• Please complete the application for attending the SIETAR Japan Conference, and pay the conference fee by June 10th. We appreciate your cooperation regarding pre-registration. There is no charge for undergraduate students. Conference Fee (payment before June 10) Member: 5000 yen Non-member: 7000 yen Graduate Student member: 2000 yen Conference Fee (payment on the conference day) Member: 6000 yen Non-member: 8000 yen Graduate Student member: 3000 yen
• Welcome Party: 5000 yen. **Reservation for the Welcome Party required by June 10th.
• The registration desk will be located on the second floor of Building E. Registration starts from noon on Saturday, and at 8:30 am on Sunday. The opening ceremony, keynote speech, symposium, pre-workshop, and concurrent session will also be held in Building E.
• There are NOT any convenience stores or shops around the conference site, so we strongly recommend you bring your own lunch or reserve it beforehand. There are vending machines for drinks.
• The place for coffee service will be at the Community Room on the underground floor of Building E.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the building. It is allowed, however, at a designated place near the entrance. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
• Conference site: Take the JR Kyoto Line and get off at Takatsuki Station or Settsutonda Station. It takes 25 minutes from Takatsuki Station and 20 minutes from Settsutonda Station to "Kansai Daigaku" by bus. More details are available in the program. Please note that there are not many buses on Saturdays and Sundays, so please check the time schedule beforehand.
