PRESENTER:
Kyoko Yashiro, Professor at Reitaku University. Ggraduated from International Christian University with MA in Education. She is a long time member of SIETAR and has served as President of SIETAR Japan from 1995 to 1999. Sh is currentlyJournal Director for the Society. Her publication in IC field includes Cross Cultural Training (1998) and Intercultural Communication Workbook (2001) both from Shanshusha.

Yuka Suzuki,. Lecturer at Asia Univeristy & Obirin University. Graduated from Teacher's College, Columbia University. Author of Win-Win Constructive Conflict Management (Sanshusha 2004)

How to get there?:
i-Land Tower can be accessed directly from Nishi-Shinjuku Station on the Marunouchi Line by following the underground path. From JR Shinjuku Station it is approximately a 10-minute walk. Once you get to the building, select an elevator that stops on the 4th floor. After you get off on the 4th floor, walk to the right until you get to the last door on your left.
