WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
Demographic diversity has made working with the whole world in one

and synergy. Diversity can also increase conflict, stress, and strife
due to blind spots, prejudice and stereotypes. As intercultural
practitioners, you can play an important role in facilitating
productive diverse teams and communities. This experiential workshop
introduces a creative approach to identifying diversity opportunities,
problems and solutions. You will learn practical strategies and
techniques that can help you facilitate synergy and change more
effectively.
Learning Objectives of this workshop are:
- Apply a systems approach to finding diversity solutions in human and organization systems
- Use resisting energies for creative change
- Apply four leadership skills in leading change in diverse systems
- Map journeys to competence
