This year’s retreat will give us many opportunities to learn and grow. It will include a workshop on Mindfulness by Mr. Masayuki Ono, CEO of Sogo Kyoiku Research Center. We will also learn some techniques on teaching Power Harassment from Ms. Yuka Suzuki, long-term SIETAR JAPAN member who teaches and trains extensively on this topic. She is also author of multiple books on conflict resolution. Finally, we will participate in a problem solving simulation by “Act & Learn,” an offspring from the SIETAR JAPAN Co-Creative Dialogue SIG.
