DESCRIPTION: このワークショップでは理論、実践と研究を織り交ぜ、頭と体と心の総合的スキルの開発 を目指す。これらのスキルによって、特定の文化的パラダイムを越え、より結合し包括的 で統合された観点・世界中心的レベルの意識を包容するものを得られるであろう。 専門家はこれらのスキルを自分で開発できるようになり、このアプローチを自分の異文化 コミュニケーションにおける仕事に応用する可能性を探る事ができるようになるだろう。 ワークショップでは様々な方法論と活動形態を使う。 参加者は動きやすい服装で、互いに交流し、実験するつもりで来て欲しい。 This workshop will interweave theory, practice, and research into the development of integrated skills of mind, body, and spirit that contribute to being able to transcend specific cultural paradigms to see/hold that which encompasses a more connected, more inclusive and unified view, a worldcentric level of consciousness. Practitioners will begin to develop these skills in themselves and explore ways to apply this approach to their own work in the field of intercultural communication. A variety of methodologies and modalities will be used. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and come prepared to experiment. 講師/WORKSHOP
LEADERS: アデア・リン・永田氏(Ph. D.)は教育家であり、国際教育、企業研修とコミュニケーシ ョン、組織開発の分野において過去32年間東京をベースに活躍してきた。 Beth Fisher-Yoshida, Ph.D., C.C.S, is an organizational development consultant, corporate trainer, mediator and executive coach. She is based in New Jersey, but has lived and worked in Japan for 13 years. Beth engages with clients globally in the areas of conflict resolution, team building and leadership development to try to make the world a better and more enjoyable place. Adair Linn Nagata, Ph.D., is an educator who has worked in international education, corporate training and communications, and organizational development in Tokyo during the past 32 years. /How
to get there?: i-Land Tower can be accessed directly from Nishi-Shinjuku Station on the Marunouchi Line by following the underground path. From JR Shinjuku Station it is approximately a 10 minute walk. Once you get to the building, select an elevator that stops on the 4th floor. After you get off on the 4th floor, walk to the right until you get to the last door on your left.
