As an executive coach, Chris Lamatsch uses EI tools in his work, and has developed a coaching methodology that he will introduce to SIETAR members. Anyone who is interested in incorporating EI into his or her coaching or consulting toolkit is encouraged to attend. Chris will focus on identifying EI areas for improvement, and walk through a model using tools he has developed with other coaches. This will be a very hands-on workshop, with the chance to discuss EI, practice the tools, and learn about the benefits of using EI with your clients. It is not necessary to be a practicing coach to use these tools; they are appropriate for anyone who wants to understand how to help people become effective in managing their emotions and the emotions of others. Expect an informative and interactive session in which you walk away with skills you can use in any area of your work and life. The Society for Organizational Learningなどの団体で活躍中。 Chris Lamatsch is an executive coach, trainer, and consultant specializing in the development and execution of strategy for senior managers of major corporations.
